What exactly is booked?
The entire house: unit 204, with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. The pool and the rooftop are shared areas of the building, open to guests.
How many people sleep in the house?
The rate includes four guests in the two bedrooms. The house welcomes up to eight with two additional air mattresses, with a maximum of six adults.
How much is a night?
Casa Naya is booked from $2,137 MXN a night Sunday to Thursday and $2,577 MXN on Friday and Saturday, for four guests. Enter your dates in the quote and you will see the total with the Cleaning Fee and taxes included, before paying.
Does it cost more if we are more than four?
Yes. From the fifth guest on, $631 MXN per person per night is added, the same charge on any date. It is itemized before you pay.
Is the Cleaning Fee separate from the night?
There is a one-time fee of $850 MXN per stay, however many nights you stay. It is included in the total shown before paying.
Are taxes included in the price I see?
VAT of 16% and the Baja California Sur Lodging Tax of 4% are added to the subtotal, each calculated on that subtotal. Both are already in the total you see on screen.
How many nights must I book?
The minimum stay is two nights. On some dates of the year the minimum stay is longer, and the quote tells you when you choose them.
How do I pay, and how do I know I am paying you?
By card on the booking page, with the full total shown before you confirm. If you prefer a bank transfer, ask us for the details on WhatsApp at +52 612 161 2800. That is the house's official channel, and bank details are given only through it.
What time do I arrive and when must I leave?
The house is ready from 15:00 and is vacated by 11:00. Early check-in costs $500 MXN and is confirmed according to availability on the day.
Can I smoke?
Only in outdoor areas. The interior of the house is smoke-free, and smoking indoors carries a fine of up to $1,800 MXN.
Where do I park?
In the building's parking area, which has controlled access and cameras at the entrance.
What is in the building?
A pool with a bar on the ground floor, open from 10:00 to 22:00, and a rooftop with a grill, outdoor sink, pergola, outdoor lounge and dining. The building has security around the clock.
Where exactly is the house?
At Antonio Rosales 430, unit 204, Zona Central, 23000 La Paz, Baja California Sur. The malecón is about seventeen minutes on foot and the airport about ten kilometers away.
