The rate covers four people in the two bedrooms. For a larger group, the house adds two air mattresses and welcomes up to eight, with a maximum of six adults.

How many sleep in the house?
Four guests included in the rate, and up to eight with two air mattresses, with a maximum of six adults.
What does the nightly rate include?
The entire house for four. The Cleaning Fee of $850 and $631 per person per night from the fifth guest on are added.
And the taxes?
16% VAT and the 4% Baja California Sur Lodging Tax, added to the subtotal and already in the total.
Can I smoke?
In outdoor areas. The interior of the house is smoke-free.
